Hello, I’m Halima Mohamed.
I’m a property agent, and my work is simple to describe: I help people find a place they will be glad to come home to, or a property that makes sense as an investment, and I stay with them until it is settled.
I work as a registered Palmera partner, which means the new-build projects I show you are real, current and presented with their residences, payment plans and developers, so you compare like with like instead of brochure with brochure.
You will always deal with me directly. When you ask a question, you get an answer that includes the drawbacks as well as the highlights.

Do I need to know my budget and the area before I get in touch?
No. Many people start with only a feeling: near the sea, close to work, something to rent out. Tell me what you have and we shape the rest together in the first conversation.
Where can I find prices and payment plans?
On each project’s own page. Prices, availability and handover dates change, so they are shown there, always current, rather than repeated on this page. I am glad to walk you through any of them.
Is this only for people buying a home to live in?
No. I help people who want a home for their family and people who are looking at property as an investment. The questions are different, so the conversation is different too.
Can I take my first steps from another country?
Many new-build projects can be explored through plans, renders and calls before you travel. Send your enquiry with the country you are in and what you hope to find, and we can talk through what is practical.
What happens after I send the form?
Your name and phone number reach me directly, and I reply to talk through what you are looking for. There is no obligation, and I use your details only to answer you.
